Who We’re Looking For:
We are actively seeking talented and experienced SAP ERP Consultants with a proven track record in one or more of the following areas:
- SAP QM Consultants: Expertise in implementing and optimizing quality processes, regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP, HACCP), quality control, and quality assurance. Experience in pharmaceutical batch release or food safety critical.
- SAP PM Consultants: Strong background in enterprise asset management, preventive and predictive maintenance, work order management, and asset lifecycle optimization, particularly for industrial or energy infrastructure.
- SAP PLM Consultants: Proficient in product data management, new product introduction (NPI), recipe/formula management, and regulatory affairs within complex product lifecycles.
- SAP Logistics Consultants: Specialists in warehouse management (WM/EWM), transportation management (TM), inventory management, and supply chain execution, with a strong understanding of industry-specific logistics challenges (e.g., cold chain, hazardous materials).

Job Description
- Design scalable and integrated solutions in the area of Demand & Integrated Business Planning,
- Define system architecture based on business requirements,
- Evaluate technical feasibility and select appropriate technologies,
- Provide technical support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle,
- Lead the integration with satellite systems such as SAP ERP, Promotion Management, Finance, external data sources, and analytics platforms,
- Ensure smooth and consistent data flows across all systems,
- Work closely with Product Owners, the Integration team (GTI), Data Analysts, and Enterprise Architects,
- Make sure the architectural design aligns with user stories and enterprise strategy,
- Oversee the technical direction of projects, from concept to delivery,
- Ensure high-quality standards in coding, data integrity, and performance,
- Identify areas for process and architectural improvement,
- Drive cost-efficiency, system performance, and compliance with best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in IT / Supply Chain environments,
- Strong knowledge of SAP IBP, APO, or other planning-related systems,
- Understanding of system integration principles (ETL, API, middleware),
- Experience in large-scale global environments,
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies,
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions,
- o9 platform experience is a plus, but not mandatory,
- Fluency in English – this is a global role.

We’re seeking a skilled SAP EWM Functional Consultant to bring deep functional expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on configuration experience to our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology, leveraging your knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management to deliver impactful solutions across the enterprise. From leading functional design and solution architecture to resolving complex incidents and mentoring team members, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain systems.
As part of the team, you’ll:
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations and leadership on leveraging the capabilities of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to business stakeholders
- Act as a key liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analysing and implementing SAP business solutions (including documenting and mapping business requirements, analysing processes, identifying business change gaps and developing the necessary SAP configuration modifications to satisfy business needs)

- Support Incident and Request process ensuring calls are resolved in an appropriate time according to their priority

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Quality Management (QM) Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will bring a strong functional expertise in SAP QM, deep knowledge of SAP Source to Pay (S2P) processes, hands-on experience with S/4HANA, and a proven track record in the manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, delivering critical SAP solutions with a focus on functional analysis and configuration.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary SAP QM Functional Consultant, guiding the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP QM modules to align with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Source to Pay (S2P) process integrations, ensuring seamless functionality across SAP systems.
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and viable SAP solutions.
- Configure and develop SAP QM solutions with a focus on quality processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, and compliance.
- Leverage expertise in S/4HANA to deliver scalable and efficient solutions specific to the manufacturing industry.
- Conduct testing, identify system gaps, and troubleshoot issues during the development and implementation phases.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP Quality Management (QM) functional consulting experience with hands-on configuration expertise.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Source to Pay (S2P) processes, including materials procurement and vendor management.
- Proven experience working with S/4HANA in implementation or migration projects.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing industry practices and their integration into SAP QM solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to configure QM modules, including quality inspection, control, notifications, and reporting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams for solution delivery.
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, testing, and deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- SAP certification in QM or related modules is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional SAP modules, such as MM, PP, or SD, and their integration with QM.
- Hands-on experience with system testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of manufacturing compliance and quality standards, such as ISO or Six Sigma methodologies.
